The Department of Medicine has also partnered with the Department of Emergency Medicine in implementing clinical protocols for the management of Acute Myocardial Infarction (Heart Attacks), Sepsis, and Stroke Syndromes. “We have one of the best response times for angioplasty related issues for acute myocardial infarction in New York City,” stated Dr. Sridhar Chilimuri.
