Dr. Donald Rudikoff, Chief, Division of Dermatology, provides optimum treatment of skin disorders using evidence based medicine for patients of all ages. Dr. Rudikoff's team includes a part-time dermatologist and nurse practitioner, who treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and skin cancer, as well as allergic reactions to medicines, pigmentary disorders, hair loss, and itchiness problems.

A photo-therapy unit is also available for treatment of psoriasis and vitalogy.

Dr. Rudikoff is a fellow of American College of Dermatology and a member of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology. He is also actively involved as an author of numerous publications related to dermatology, and a co-editor of an upcoming textbook on atopic dermatitis and eczematous disorders.

Dr. Rudikoff attended the New York Medical College, and completed his residencies at Beth Israel Medical Center in Internal Medicine and at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Dermatology.

The dermatology area is one of the busiest in the Bronx, providing more than 7,000 patient visits annually. Dr. Rudikoff expects that the number of patient visits will continue to increase as his division expands in response to the increasing dermatological needs of the Bronx community.
