The goal of the Comprehensive High-Impact HIV Prevention Program is to increase access to and expand HIV medical care and support services for heterosexual women aged 13 years and older that live in the South and Central Bronx Community.

- Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) services
- Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) services
- Linkage to HIV medical care services, including immediate Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) and Medication Adherence
- Partner and Essential Support Programs
- Risk Reduction Education
- Referral for Case Management and Risk Reduction Navigation
- Condom Distribution
- Mobile Unit: HIV Testing and PrEP/PEP referrals
